At TVG we make every effort to ensure the product is in excellent condition. However if there is a problem, please return the goods to TVG as soon as possible and not to any third party. TVG will not cover any costs incurred as a result of any interaction with that third party. Upon receipt TVG will make all reasonable effort to correct the problem.
New Products
Any new product which is faulty as a result of the manufacturer may be returned in connection with the warranty agreement. If the conditions of the warranty have been met then the product will be returned to the manufacturer/importer for repair or replacement.
Firearms Storage
Firearms are stored for an agreed term and at the owners risk. Firearms not retrieved within that agreed term will incur a monthly storage fee. If the owner fails to retrieve the firearms six months after the agreed term, the firearms will be sold to cover any expenses incurred by TVG.
UK Firearms Legislation
TVG comply's with all current UK firearms legislation. No firearm will be sold unless it is a face to face transaction. No firearm will be released without the presentation of a current and correct firearms or registered dealers certificate.
Import/Export
TVG does not import or export firearms from the United Kingdom.
